Hi, I'm Calista!
I'm a UX/UI and visual designer, and aspiring illustrator.
When it comes to design, I enjoy finding creative solutions that seamlessly blend beautiful visuals with intuitive experiences. It's the problem-solving, for me. And while I'm equally comfortable working autonomously or on a team, I find collaborating within a creative environment especially invigorating—and I'm equally comfortable assuming the role of project leader or supportive teammate.
A 2023 graduate of the Seattle Central Creative Academy graphic design program, I'm currently based in Seattle, WA. I also hold a BA in Recreation Management and Leadership from Western Washington University. Most of the work on my site is from my time at Seattle Central, and I am forever grateful to the faculty who helped me grow over those two years.
In my life outside of the design world, I'm also a runner, climber, dog mom, quilter, coffee lover, plant mom, outdoor enthusiast, and expert power napper.
